What were your first experiences at Quint?
Since my beginning at Quint, I have enjoyed my daily work very much surrounded by the best consultants and professionals from this area.

I have been attending presentations, meetings, conferences and lectures related to the IT world for a very long time and have never seen such high quality in capabilities and skills as I have seen in Quinters.

There is a lot of knowledge and a lot of capacity to add value to IT around the world.

Tell something about one of your tasks?
Project Management, pre sales, training, coaching, awareness sessions…. Since the beginning I’ve been involved in different important and decisive aspects of the challenges that IT organizations are facing; governance, optimization, operations, management and, sourcing.

At the present time I’m leading an improvement program in a very large IT organization which has a dual objective, modify and standardize its processes in order to respond to the business demands and gain ISO20000 certification.

In the program, our tasks are oriented toward moving the IT organization in the same direction and to the same level of maturity as the core business of the company. During the program we will assist and support the client to align the IT services with the needs of the business, modifying the structures, processes and organization and coaching them in continuous improvement.

In addition to these project management activities I have the opportunity to help other companies in making decisions related to their strategies and planning by coaching and providing specialized training.

How did your work benefit the client?
With my work, I contribute to further improvement of even the best IT organizations. “Continuous Improvement” – is one of the keys of the Quint consultancy

Addressing benefits, I should mention that we have helped our clients to achieve certifications in the reference norms, such as ISO20000. Additionally, implementation of best practices (ITIL, CobiT) clearly translates into tangible benefits, such as, service performance improvements, cost reductions, better visibility for management in regard to performance and ability to control operations and consolidation of operations across business units. Greater recognition on the part of the business of the contribution to the chain of value of the company is another benefit. Our clients also gain recognition as their benchmark position in the market moves into the top ranks.

How did it influence you?
Our work requires us to learn and understand our clients thoroughly; on many occasions their organizations may be very different from others in their industry. This drives me to acquire large amount of knowledge, urges me to be flexible and to learn how to put myself in the client’s shoes, but the most exciting part is that my work and Quint give to me the opportunity and the capacity to CREATE
