Course Overview
Quint’s one-Day ISO20000 Introduction Training Course offers a unique eight-hour focused session to introduce the advantages of implementing ISO20000 in your organization. ISO20000 is the first worldwide quality standard specifically aimed at IT Service Management. It provides for an integrated set of processes plus a solid management approach for the effective delivery of services to the internal or external customer of an organization.

The course provides experience-based guidelines and concepts regarding implementing ISO20000, where participants are educated on the usefulness of BS15000. Additionally, essential knowledge on ISO20000 to support the decision-making process on whether to implement ISO20000 will be developed.

Prerequisites

  • Basic Knowledge of ITIL (Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management).
  • Attended the "ITIL Foundations" course.
  • Experience with a process oriented IT organization (preferred).
