On the 29th and 30th of October, itSMF organizes their 12th annual congress. This congress draws from the success of the previous congresses. The congress is known among experts, who from early on have met each other at these congresses to discuss topics in the area’s of IT (Service) Management and IT Strategy.
This congress will have a European character, with speakers and visitors from several countries. During the congress important themes will be discussed, such as the role of Europe in the IT industry.
Moreover trends and developments will be discussed. Which trends have we seen? And which trends can we expect in the future?
To answer these questions, the best cases in Europe in area’s of IT (Service) Management and IT Strategy will be presented during two days. In addition, the results of the itSMF Survey 2007 will be presented.
