Quint will participate in a 2-day conference named ‘Successfully Negotiating, Structuring & Managing Service Level Agreements in Kuala Lumpur. The conference discusses key strategies to implement SLAs in an organization and manage them in a commercial context.
At the first day Eelko van Leeuwen, Managing Consultant Asia-Pacific will be the chairperson of the conference. At this same day Eelko van Leeuwen and Martin Ng, Regional Director Asia-Pacific will perform an interactive role play in which they will show the pitfalls and key success factors of a SLA negotiation. On the 2nd day Eelko van Leeuwen will do a presentation about the use of SLAs when IT is outsourced.
Our role at this conference is once more showing Quint’s knowledge leadership on Service Management and Outsourcing in Asia.
