The objective of the presentation is to provide an insight into how to identify different types of disruptions by asking the right questions which subsequently can be sent to the correct person or team to get mediated and accordingly resolved with the right urgency in mind. If disruptions are not dealt with properly this can result in an organization experiencing chaos.

Anamika Singh has a total of about 11 years experience in IT & Pharmaceutical Industries; out of which about 3 years in implementation of Quality Management System (CMMI) and Knowledge Management & about 5 years in Marketing.
