Quint values the knowledge and experience it accumulates and leverages it to create reusable, standard solutions. Most importantly we recognize that ultimately it is all about the quality of our people, the consultants. We focus on sharing knowledge and expertise within Quint. Coaching, working in teams, training and boot camps are the guiding principles manifested through individual freedom, limited hierarchy, organizational autonomy and informal relationships. We are highly responsive internally in order to provide colleagues with advice and knowledge. That means that you will never be alone when dealing with a problem or issue. On the other hand, you are expected to be open-minded to the thoughts and criticism of colleagues. Or better: Dare to Challenge
