Approximately 90% of the work that Quint carries out are projects with a fixed price and fixed duration. In spite of the fact that these projects are all different in terms of the problems that need to be solved, there is a great common denominator to be recognized in the actual daily operation - our approach. Projects – whether small or big – are executed by a team. At the same time the client may count on a single point of contact, the lead consultant. This person is the central person to communicate with and is finally responsible for the result. Additionally we can provide expertise on demand. Thanks to such an approach, we are able to create value on demand for our clients. An additional benefit is that our consultants will gain broader experience through involvement in several projects. On average a Quinter will work on two projects at the same time. In addition, dependent on the individual ambition and personal development goals, the threshold will be put a little higher on each engagement. So the dare-to-challenge also counts for us individually, not only in our work for the client! A project team is equipped with a wide range of instruments, tools and templates. Quint is able to carry out projects that are based on objective facts instead of opinions: fact based consultancy is considered of paramount importance for us. During project implementation, our worldwide practice desk will support the team in finding and applying the most appropriate framework or toolkit, given the problem and the client specific context. By doing so, the project teams can focus immediately on the creation of value for the client instead of putting effort into internal research. In the background there will always be, not visible for the client, a shadow advisor along with the individual responsible consultant. This may be a Quinter who is responsible for all the projects with this client, but it may also be a consultant who is specialized in the relevant subject. This additional level of oversight ensures a homogenous, high quality and timely service is delivered to the client.
