How do you realize your personal growth?

The most important development opportunities are through involvement in our client’s projects By selecting with you the projects that fit your personal development plan; you’ll learn and grow the fastest. The drive behind that growth is you. We strongly believe in self management. Discussions about growth targets and the roadmap for meeting these targets form a big part of the yearly appraisals. Four times a year professional development progress will be discussed in a conversation between all Quinters and their team lead. The goal of these sessions is to discuss the work and advancement of the Quinter, provide feedback, and define the means to facilitate further career development, desirable assignments, targets and training.

How does Quint help you with growing?

Self management is good, but Quint will help you with several instruments:

  • Intervision. The instrument for reflection on your own professional acting. Participation in an intervisiongroup is mandatory.
  • Shadow advice. With every task a Quinter can call upon a shadow adviser who helps him/her, concerning content, in carrying out the task.
  • Team meetings. On Quint days and team meetings, Quinters can exchange knowledge and experience, gain new knowledge and strengthen their bond with Quint
  • Quint colleges. Quint organizes periodically internal courses, in which an experienced Quinter shares his knowledge with nominated interested colleagues.
  • Team assignments. They will be applied to generate maximum value to our clients through synergy between individual’s skills and knowledge. From Quinters it will be expected that they look actively for possibilities to work as a team.
  • Education. Will be used to gain specific knowledge and/or skills. Choice for training is based on the growth targets that are agreed during appraisal discussions.
