The drive behind that growth is you. We strongly believe in self management. Discussions about growth targets and the roadmap for meeting these targets form a big part of the yearly appraisals. Four times a year professional development progress will be discussed in a conversation between all Quinters and their team lead. The goal of these sessions is to discuss the work and advancement of the Quinter, provide feedback, and define the means to facilitate further career development, desirable assignments, targets and training.
