Quint is in the consulting business. We advise our clients, we provide our opinions and implement or facilitate improvements. Projects have a temporary character and transition into a client run operations at the end of an engagement. Quint consultants are exposed to a variety of different client organizations, environments and types of projects during the year. This variety helps to maintain a flexible and up to date staff. Quint must be able to answer all the questions a CEO, CIO or business manager may have. Examples are - How can IT be used more effectively? How can potential cost savings and benefits be achieved? How do I keep control of and manage relationships with my buyers and vendors? Which strategy should I pursue with IT? Quint analyzes the situation, considers all possibilities and delivers appropriate advice. If desired, we will help an organization with the first steps of implementation, manage transition and educate the client staff. In other situations we will stay involved as a trusted advisor to executive management through major program initiatives.
