Step 1: Send a cover letter and résumé
The selection procedure begins with us receiving your cover letter and résumé. We try to process applications as quickly as possible. Generally you will know if you will be invited for an initial interview within two weeks.
During your first meeting you have an interview of an hour. In this initial meeting you usually will meet your potential future manager and a colleague or the HR manager. During the interview we’re interested in your performance from the past and your future ambitions. On the basis of these two points we will assess the possibility of a career for you at Quint Wellington Redwood. You will also have sufficient opportunity in your interview to ask questions about Quint’s functions and organization.
The second interview will also last an hour. This meeting will in most cases will be conducted by your potential future manager (if he wasn’t present at the first talk) and a senior colleague. During this second interview, we will discuss in more detail your skills in specific areas, requiring deeper evaluation based on the feedback from the first meeting. Also in this second interview you will have sufficient time to ask questions about Quint.
During this interactive presentation of an hour there will be about six future colleagues present as an active audience. The subject, content and type of the presentation is fully up to you. During the presentation Quinters will question you in order to assess your background, experience, presentation skills, knowledge, and motivation. Also your personality fit will be a key point of the assessment.
