With an IT staff of over 500 people in three locations, one of our clients in the U.S. was struggling on how to inform their IT personnel on the ITIL processes and procedures. These had been completely revised together with the implementation of a new tool to support all these processes.
Solutions
Quint brought the knowledge and skills to inform all staff involved within six weeks. Each individual was trained on three or four processes, the applicable procedures and how all activities related to the tool that was implemented. Within a short period the great majority of IT staff understood the steps in the processes, the role they played and how to use the tools that were provided to them.
