Hans van Herwaarden, CEO of the Amsterdam-based company was in India recently. We spoke with Hans and Sunil Mehta, Country Manager India, about Quint’s current drive to promote tier-2 Indian IT players among European clients.

Many organizations are struggling to make their outsourcing contract and relationship successful. Considering the number of failed and badly running ICT outsourcing projects, there is every reason for deploying mediation in a wider sense. However, many authorities prefer to settle disputes by means of arbitration or to simply sit out the contractual ride patiently.
