Course Overview
Quint’s three-day ISO20000 Consultants Course offers a unique series of focused sessions on organizational improvement where participants will learn the full potential of ISO20000. The ISO20000 is the first worldwide quality standard specifically aimed at Information Technology (IT) Service Management. It provides for an integrated set of processes and management approach for the effective delivery of services to the internal or external customer(s) of an organization.
The course provides experience-based guidelines and concepts regarding implementing ISO20000, with special emphasis on the ‘soft’ aspects of changing an organization. This, undoubtedly, will allow for the development of essential skills to support the decision making decision-making process and, allow for the drawing up of detailed implementation approach for the participants organization.
Objectives
Target Audience
This ISO20000 Implementation Course is developed for organization with employee involved in implementing the ISO20000 framework, ITIL or ISO9000 within an IT environment.
They are expected to have detailed knowledge of ITIL (Service Management Certificate), as well as project and change management.
Duration
The training is conducted over three eight-hour days of combined theoretical and practical hands-on training sessions.
Prerequisites
Quint Wellington Redwood Quint is recognized by PMI® as a Global R.E.P. Participation to this course qualifies for 21 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
