A practical approach for ensuring your teams have the time to deliver value and to innovate

Go ask a team within most IT organizations and their team members will tell you that they do not have time to do anything other than what they are doing at that moment. If you ask them how they can improve, the typical reaction is something like, “by giving us extra team members.”As a manager or team leader within IT, you may be familiar with this argument and also with the feeling that somewhere there is time to be found for improvement. But where is it?

About this 30-minutes webinar

In this webinar, Niels Loader takes you through a sequence of Lean IT analyses that can help you and your teams to regain control of their time. In the process, these tools can provide insight into the areas in which people can develop. The insights will also help teams to start delivering in flow. Our first tip: Don’t give away the time you find to the customer. Use it to improve your own situation first. The customer will benefit as a result!

In this session we will cover

  • The importance and characteristics of Flow
  • The components of delivering value
  • The practical tools associated with delivering value

This single session will allow you to understand exactly what you need to do to understand where time can be found in your teams.
