MoV® Management of Value Practitioner

Management of Value (MoV®) provides essential guidance on the most efficient use of resources to maximize the benefits from portfolios, programmes and projects. MoV combines a set of principles, processes and techniques. The MoV Management of Value Practitioner training course builds on the learning and knowledge gained from MoV Foundation course and includes further opportunities to apply some of the techniques and concepts through practical exercises.

Why this MoV Practitioner training?

The purpose of the Practitioner certification is to confirm whether you have achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor MoV in a scenario situation. You should, with suitable direction and facilitation skills, be able to start applying the method to real situations but may not be sufficiently skilled or experienced to do this appropriately in all situations. Your individual experience, the level of support available and the complexity of the situation to which MoV is to be applied will impact what you can achieve.

What you will learn

  • assist your organization to focus on maximizing value by implementing principles that will help to achieve transformational change more quickly
  • contribute to an improvement in decision-making and policy-making
  • meet the need to do more with less and to balance the increasing demands with available resources without compromising on quality
