Because of COVID-19, we have quickly become an unsolicited virtual team, but at the same time, work remains work. Therefore, we must invent a new way of working together in the team and between teams to help our customers optimally. Besides a lot of experimentation, we already see the need to structurally improve collaboration. These are the experiences and insights that we want to share in a series of experience classes. In these Experience classes, we do not have answers to all questions, but we share our experiences with functioning and starting teams. Local and international organizations working together with professional coaches and consultants such as Quint to experiment, learn and improve. We take you on our journey. We are not yet at the endpoint, but now we see what works, what doesn’t.
