Quint Wellington Redwood together with the Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC) would like to invite you for a closed-door roundtable discussion on “Organisational transformation using Lean & Agile approaches“.
The world around us is pushing us towards new ways of working that transcend the silos we all work in. We need our organizations to focus on fulfilling the needs of our customers and provide continuous and better value, while at the same time dealing with increasing regulatory and performance requirements. There is a growing need to start thinking and acting “Lean” and embrace “Agility” as the tools to stay relevant in our markets and/or survive.
The move towards more responsive and higher-performing organizations are well-established. Lean and Agile philosophies have proven to be successful in a sufficient number of cases. Many businesses are following the lead of the early adopters, yet many are struggling or failing to achieve the desired increase in performance, customer satisfaction and/or organisational change.
The question we need to focus on is: What is needed to manage a transformation focussed on better performance, increased simplicity, and most importantly, a change in mindset and culture?
We have invited experts from different industries that are managing or have managed Lean/Agile transformations in their organizations. This session will enable yourself to share experiences with the distinguished experts on do’s, don’ts, and the lessons learned in achieving results during and after this transformation.
