PRINCE2® is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. PRINCE2® is recognized as a world-class international product and is the de facto standard method for project management throughout the world. The PRINCE2® method is in the public domain, offering non-proprietary best practice guidance on project management. Through practice exams, workshops, and study, this PRINCE2 certification training course provides the knowledge required to prepare for and take both the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner exams.

This makes it the ideal starting point for anyone who is interested in a rewarding career in Project Management. The Foundation certification is internationally recognized and covers the basic methodology and terminology of PRINCE2®. The PRINCE2® Practitioner examination is the second of two examination courses that you are required to pass in order to become a registered PRINCE2® Practitioner. Successful completion of this course will indicate that the candidate is able to act as a sufficiently informed member of a Project Management team that uses the PRINCE2® methodology.
