Webinar 1: ‘How will business and IT shape technology in Life Sciences by 2024’
Organized by: Quint, AWK and Ginkgo, members of the Eraneos group
Thursday 7 July 2022 from 16.00 – 17.15 CET
Life Sciences companies are digitalizing and innovating rapidly. One reason is to create cost effective and reliable IT and technology. But even more important is to facilitate the business to have maximum impact on the patient and doctor journeys, for example by supporting e-health technology and facilitating data exchange. This sets new requirements with regard to the organization and governance of digitalization and IT. Digitalization is seen as one of the most important enablers to improve the quality of healthcare and also as an important solution for current labor market issues. However, we have found that digitalization and IT are often not structurally found on the agenda of business departments. Often, business processes are not adapted well enough to profit from new digital solutions, and the digital competences of business still has a lot of potential for improvement. What does this digital rollercoaster require from business and IT departments?
