Over 200+ senior executives, directors, managers, and IT professionals gathered in Kuala Lumpur (29 January), Jakarta (31 January) and Manila (2 February) last week to attend Quint’s workshop on “Digital Transformation – Survival Techniques in a world of Digital Disruption”.
During these workshops, Maurice Boon, CEO of Quint Wellington Redwood, together with Michiel Roelof de Boer, the Director Consulting Asia covered topics ranging from the benefits of Digital Transformation on IT, and how an organisation can start their Digital Transformation journey. Insights and experiences such as the required collaboration required between business and IT, questions on how to speed up IT to support Digital business objectives, leadership capabilities and culture required to support an organisation’s transformation but more importantly avoiding the common pitfalls were explained and discussed in these workshops.
Feedback from the 3 workshops were very positive with many attendees keen to find out more about the relevant Quints’ Digital Transformation consulting services and training courses, such as Digital Transformation Fundamentals, DevOps, Lean IT, Agile Project Management (AgilePM®), Agile Scrum, Sourcing Governance and Service Integration and Management (SIAM®).
In concluding the roadshow, it is clear that more and more organizations in Asia realize that they need to adopt Digital Transformation as a key strategic goal in 2018 but many need the right training and guidance to a successful Digital Transformation.
