Tailoring is key if you want to bridge to the new PRINCE2® paradigm
Since the 2009 version of PRINCE2® was released, Agile and DevOps methodologies have flooded the market over the past several years. During this time, the PRINCE2® community has wrestled with the public perception that our traditional project approaches being old fashioned and bureaucratic. That is not the case, but PRINCE2® required a facelift with an emphasis on being more flexible and with a manual that is easier to read. Most changes were small and some names were altered, but now more emphasis is put on a project manager’s ability to be creative and adapt in the way PRINCE2® is explained. This webinar will highlight these changes for you, and what it means for the methodology going forward.
In this 30-minute session we will cover:
The main differences between PRINCE2® 2009 and 2017
How PRINCE2® 2017 has a focus on principles and tailoring
Examples of tailoring
