SIAM™ Professional is an advanced level certification that will give you an in-depth, practical understanding of all the important aspects of Service Integration and Management and how to apply SIAM practices in an organization. The certification looks at managing multiple service providers and integrating them seamlessly to provide a single business-facing IT organization. It also looks at the knowledge and skills required to navigate the 4 stages of the SIAM roadmap.

No specialist prior knowledge is required for this course, but the completion of the SIAM™ Foundation exam is strongly recommended although not compulsory.
A good level of knowledge of IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL) is also recommended.

After completing this SIAM Professional training course, you can take the EXIN SIAM™ Professional exam. This closed-book exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and must be completed within 90 minutes. The minimum required passing grade is 65% (26 out of 40 questions).
