In order to better engage with the client, we will have to look at technology and the ecosystem of partners in a different way. This includes thinking of setting up cross-functional units, which are responsible for developing the integral customer experience, with the task of looking beyond the status quo. Data models will have to be adapted to ensure better decision making, performance measurement and insights into customer behavior. These changes must be driven by a thorough knowledge of the needs and goals of the customer. From this point of view, digitalization can be accelerated by re-designing the business process, reducing the number of process steps, automating decision-making and addressing issues of regulation and fraud.

Pablo has a long service in the financial sector. Via Morgan Chase and Santander he entered the USA in the FinTech world. Nowadays he heads the Innovation Center of Liberbank, a fast growing bank in Spain that takes full advantage of the Digital possibilities.

Alexander Zwart – Rabobank, Senior Product Manager Online Channels

Alexander has started with Rabobank ten years ago through Coca-Cola and NUON, where he is responsible for the online environment and access to the Digital Bank today. He combines his commercial experience with sound knowledge of the financial market to make Rabobank respond to digital transformation.

Gaetan Mostin – Zuora, Country manager Benelux

Gaetan is responsible for the activities of Zuora, a fast growing subscriber economy player. The classic reduction and compensation of services is challenged by Zuora through the introduction of innovative services that lead to a different kind of customer relationship with their financial service providers.
