UX Designer

Quint Wellington Redwood is looking for you as our new Digital Accelerator Designer!

The Digital Accelerator is a unique 12-week pressure cooker in which a multidisciplinary team combines design thinking and agile development to create a bold and innovative solution to address a real-world strategic challenge.

UX Designer

Are you an enthusiastic UX designer with a passion for technology and innovation? Do you excel at developing user-centric designs in different formats? Can you manage a fast work pace and constant deliverables? If yes, we’re looking for you!

What you will do?

• actively follow the design thinking process: ideate, empathise, define,
  prototype and test
• communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, and detailed rationale both verbally and visually in an engaging manner;
• produce UX design artifacts, such as personas, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes;
• lead and perform user tests, and translate insights to stakeholders team members;

Who are you?

•  you have a keen eye for layout, colour, composition, typography, photography;
• ideally trained in the visual arts or graphic design;
• you have experience in design for both digital and analog format; experience with video and social media is a plus;
• you have a customer-centric mindset, preferably with experience testing and researching creative concepts and executions with audiences;
• you are a proactive and independent designer who is energized by collaborating with people with different skill sets;

What you can expect?

• hands-on experience in solving a real-world strategic challenge using an innovative design thinking approach;

• soft skills, tech and business courses, direct contact with field experts and international team, in a startup like workspace;
• 750 euro per month gross + travel allowance, unlimited (good) coffee and soft drinks and Friday drinks.
